How do I submit a claim?
You have two ways to submit your claim:
– In case it is for a product, contact your sales executive who will make the formal registration of the claim.
– In case it is for the service such as delivery time of products, packaging, dispatch, telephone attention or advice on sales management, write to servicioalcliente@concyssaindustrial.com describing the claim in detail.
How long does it take to deliver the products?
Our leading products (high turnover) are delivered within 1 to 2 days for the case of our products on demand are delivered within a maximum period of 10 days
